I was in dire need of finding a pair of shoes that didn’t hurt my feet. I needed a shoe with proper arch support and a soft foot bed. I went to Fleet Feet and Magdalena took care to help me find the correct shoe. She was knowledgeable about feet and shoes and she took a great deal of time with me. She was patient and kind and I never felt rushed to make a decision. I felt that she truly cared that I found a shoe that was best for me. And I did!
Mike helped my husband and I. He was super patient, kind and a really good listener. There was also a very nice young lady who helped with headphones. They made the experience 5 stars!
Extremely small store with having to reach over patrons trying on shoes with a clerk. Nice people though.
My first professional running shoe fitting was wonderful. They did a great job explaining the nuances between different brands, different choices, and of course giving my foot a good evaluation. Overall it was great
