Another good experience at Fleet Feet O’Fallon. Walked in and was taken care of with only a few moments waiting. Knowledgable staff, this visit was to purchase same product because it works well with my feet. Spent 31 years in the military and I need specific shoes and insoles to assist with comfort.
Laney was incredibly helpful in getting my daughter fit for new shoes and insoles for cross country. She was quickly able to determine her foot size, arch shape, and gait pattern with their in-store analytics and then provide us with several options. She was incredibly patient and informative while my daughter tried the various combinations, even allowing her to run outside the store on the sidewalk to ensure that we were making the right choices. The particular staff,Anissa, was exceptional! Didn't waste any time but got right to business finding me a pair of running shoes.
The person who helped me was so knowledgeable and patient. He explained the process and I found shoes that felt perfect for me. Loved the whole process of walking on mat and digital analysis of my feet. Yes you pay more but we'll worth it.
This was my first time in a Fleet Feet, and I will be back. Laney was very knowledgeable and gave excellent service.
