Customer experience was great!
We had a great experience with my daughter who was looking for a fantastic pair of "back-to-school" shoes. We work with a lovely and knowledgeable sales associate.
1st time in store, met a girl that measured, scanned my gait and fitted to a perfect pair of sneakers 👟. Then did exact same for my wife. We both were so pleasantly pleased w/Anyisa Very friendly knowledgeable to your feet. If your feet hurt you cannot walk or run. Anyisa is a valuable asset to this store. Will return due to her customer service! 👍
This isn't a huge store, but the staff is truly caring, patient and there is a relaxed attitude. No high pressure sales. They actually listen and ask questions about what you want and need in a shoe. The staff treats everyone this way no matter if you are old and grey (I am) or of the younger generation which are livelier. This was a wonderful experience. I went away with the right pair of shoes for my feet. I no longer have the knee or foot problems I was experiencing with my old shoes. Yeah Fleet Feet O'Fallon, MO.
