They didn't Have what I wanted and the lady took it upon herself to Google it see if it was around anyone else so very helpful
I liked other Fleet Feet stores, but this one was not the best. I was told the prices of two shoes I was considering were the same, but I found out after the fact that wasn’t true. It wasn’t a huge difference, but why not tell me the real prices? It felt dishonest. No one offered any suggestions of shoes other than the ones I asked about, even when I asked for additional suggestions. On my second visit, there were two employees in the store. I knew what shoes I wanted to try and thankfully they were in stock and my size!
The service is excellent! They measured my daughter’s foot and brought out 3 wonderful options. They put them on her and let her run outside to test them. They took such great care of her that I never want to go anywhere else!
