Before I even looked at shoes, the sales associate offered to do the footwear evaluation process, which included their proprietary foot scan for fit. I feel like I got shoes that are the correct fit!
Walked in to be fitted and was seen within 20 minutes, explained my scan and which shoes would be best for what. Great experience

Tried to look at and purchase mens shoes but couldn’t because the bench is next to shoe display and totally in the way of shoe display. Clueless employee sat right in front of display helping another customer try on shoes and she didn’t even realize the issue .. VERY VERY BAD floor plan design. We didn’t want to deal with it. It was a complete joke. Took our business elsewhere. Very basic retail common sense lacking here. Time for new management??
