Several friends of our kept telling us they go to Fleet Feet in Montclair and they loved. The hubby and I are going on a long trip and wanted Hoka's based on so many reviews so we headed over to Fleet Feet. I had an amazing experience at Fleet Feet! From getting my feet scanned to finding the perfect pair of shoes, the entire process was informative and personalized. David was absolutely the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and guided me through every step of the process, literally! He brought out over five different pairs of sneakers for me to try, making sure I found the perfect fit and explaining the differences between each option. I took Sunday afternoon to refresh my sneakers. Amelia took time to scan my feet and offer recommendations. I tried on a variety of sneakers in my range before selecting my choice. The store was busy but didn't feel rushed. Every time I come here I'm reminded why Fleet Feet is an excellent reason to choose locally.
Was helped by Stefan in getting fitted for a new shoe, trying to get into running more. Super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
Best Customer Service EVER. Patient, thorough, KIND, Super knowledgeable, and all of my many questions answered. I came in post-injury, and was totally put at ease. I totally recommend!!! I am already planning my return when the next round of shoes that I am iso are back in stock. Orthotics in my future too!
