I visited this location on Tuesday 10/28 for guidance as I had purchased a pair of ON sneakers online less then 2 months prior and they were ripping in the toe bed. I thought maybe I purchased wrong size and wanted guidance. I was met by John, the store owner. John took the time to scan my foot, provide three options of ON and provided his recommendations. 10/10 recommend this fleet feet specifically. I worked with Kate, she was so welcoming and patient while I tried on way too many pairs of shoes and took them for a spin outside. She even watched while I ran to look at running gait with different shoes. As a whole, warm welcoming store. They even gave pups water while we were there. For the best FF experience please come here
The entire staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and has a great selection. They also host a lot of events and classes for the community. You'll feel like family walking into here!
