Yesterday was my second time going to fleet feet. Both times were amazing. Staff really helped guide me through the process and got me to a shoe that really worked for me, running shoes my first trip and more of a daily wear/walking shoe this time. They didn’t try and pressure me to buy something more expensive, they truly wanted to help me find the best shoe for my needs. Each time I visit to buy a new pair of running shoes I am quickly greeted and expertly assisted by knowledgeable and friendly staff. My most recent visit was no exception. I’ve always trusted the advice and recommendations I’ve received and have never been disappointed.

They were friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert advice and great customer service!
In and out in 15 minutes including getting a scan on my feet, discussing with the staff member what I was looking for, trying on 3 different brands that would meet my needs, and choosing the one that fit me best! Always made easy by friendly and knowledgeable staff, every time I go there! Yes, they cost more than in a big box shoe store, but it is worth EVERY penny for the service and the fact that you get the right shoes for your feet!!
