The staff are always very helpful, BUT...if they don't have it in stock, don't let them order it for you. Go somewhere else. They use a third party fulfillment company. I ordered and paid for 2 pairs, only received one. Despite promises from Fleet Feet online customer service that the second pair would go out the day I called, 4 days later the shoes still had not shipped. I cancelled the second pair and went somewhere else.
Very helpful, not super pushing for a sale and the employee took time and provided several options to try on.
Incredibly happy with my experience here. I was paired with an employee who scanned my feet, analyzed my needs, and brought out several pairs of shoes until I found the perfect ones. I appreciate that they give proper time and attention to finding running shoes which adhere to your specific needs.
It was a very professional shopping experience. Salesman described shoes that l was looking for and got my size. He also was curious and very polite.
