Barbara took excellent care with fitting and selecting shoes for my entire family today! She was so courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and made suggestions based on our needs. The staff here are the best!
My husband and I stopped by there yesterday to get shoes for work. Starr helped us and was really kind and helpful to make sure we got the best pair! The scan was super helpful to find a shoe to fit our needs. She was also really knowledgeable about the brands and everything! Will definitely be back!
Overall the experience of shopping at Fleet Feet was OK at best, and would justify a mediocre score at best. However my interaction with Barbara who was one of the sales associates working there was enough to justify a one star review. Upon entering the store I noticed an open door with restroom facilities in the corner, I barely had a toe in the door before Barbara with so much anger that honestly took me by surprise informed me it was not a public restroom. The only place I will go from now on to buy shoes. Barbara was so kind and patient while I tried on 4+ different shoes and offered suggestions/recommendations. I ended up taking the Novablasts and gel cumulus (bought a ton of these in the past). The generous return policy is also a giant plus in case you buy a pair that feel great in-store, but don’t perform like you want when running.
