What a great experience both times I’ve been in! The first time Jacob spent at least a half hour with me to make sure the fit was perfect! Multiple shoes with multiple different insoles were tried. He asked many detailed questions and scanned my feet. I have horrible plantar fasciitis and he understood the assignment! At the end I had the PERFECT pair for me. He was so personable and friendly.
