I had a disappointing experience with Fleet Feet. Our friends, who are locals, helped us purchase a pair of shoes from this store. Unfortunately, once we tried them, we found them to be very uncomfortable due to a rigid metal structure in the back. We live about an hour and a half away, and it took us over two months before we were back in the area. We receive the best service and care at Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel. The staff is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to meet customers' needs! I was there again on 04/29/2026. Same great service .. The staff at Fleet Feet Laguna Niguel are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Plus, they treat you like family!

My wife and I visited Fleet Feet to find our first pair of running shoes and were lucky enough to work with Brock. We went in as total beginners, but Brock was incredibly patient and took the time to analyze our needs to find the perfect fit. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well-informed. Exceptional service, we will definitely be back!
