Suzanne took my call, checked another location for a type of shoe they dodnt even carry and then encouraged me to come by and try a few things on . I am super glad I did!!! Thanks to her for her pleasantness and positivity, as well as the patience to help me find the right shoes for my job!! I ultimately purchased the Asics Superblast 3. Amazing customer service. Romand was very helpful, friendly and assisted me in finding the perfect pair of ASICS for my foot type. Their free foot scanner is very insightful & helps them match you with the perfect shoe. 10/10 would recommend!
This location has terrible customer service. Be aware if you have to return an item. We have had good experiences at other Fleet Feet stores, so the condescension was surprising and disappointing.
