My husband and I were there yesterday. We were helped right away. I got a pair just like my last ones because I love them! My husband got the new Bondi 9’s. He says they are really comfortable. I love Fleet Feet!
Customer service was going really well and I ordered a pair of shoes through Fleet Feet with the expectation that I could pick them up in a week or so. I get a call from Fleet feet exactly a week later where they tell me that they hadn't even placed my order and were now unable to do so. Had to cancel my order through fleet feet and ordered direct from the manufacturer instead. Not sure how this could happen but super disappointed
