Very dissatisfied with this store !! My brother bought a pair of shoes that he never took out of the box and ended up in the hospital 3 times in a month with bypass surgery. He wasn't able to return shoes in the 60 days because of serious medical issues and having bypass surgery. I'm his sister and tried to return the shoes just few day after the 60 day return policy. After a long day of standing and walking around the mall, I was able to get a thorough understanding of my feet and how I’ve been treating my feet wrong for the past 30 years. Aiden helped me understand this and even did a foot scan with a report. Could not be more grateful of the process!
At first, I went to Dicks sporting goods. Nobody there bothered to even ask me if I needed help so I left and found Fleet Feet. Was greeted right when I walked in. Customer service was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Got me the right shoes and inserts. Have already recommended this place to all my friends and I will only come here for my running shoes from now on.
