This has become my favorite running store. I’ve been here and the location in Ft Myers four times since the Naples location opened, and the owners and staff are always very personable and remember you when you come back! I’m normally a tried-and-true New Balance runner, but I’ve really enjoyed the Mount To Coast and ASICS demos I’ve done with them!! If you’re in SWFL, you HAVE to check out this new Naples location!!
What a great experience. I walked in and Aidan greeted me right away. I explained I was looking for a good shoe for walking on the treadmill and was having issues with the current pair of shoes I already had. He immediately understood what I was looking for. Aidan was very knowledgeable and kind. He did the 3-D scan, explained what it all meant, and properly fitted me with a couple options. My podiatrist recommended Fleet Feet to me so it was my first time in the store and I have to tell you I was very impressed by the customer service that I received. All 3 of the employees working were very knowledgeable, very caring, and exactly the kind of employees any one would want working for them. Karolyn, Aidan and Matt were all amazing and brain stormed together to help me with the myriad of foot problems I am currently experiencing. Highly recommend them!
