Aiden and Matthew were fantastic! Phenomenal customer service – highly personalized, which is so rare these days. They know their products and the industry and are very interested in finding you exactly what you need!! I usually have a challenge finding the right shoe in my size, but they always make it happen!
I got there 5 minutes before close. Friendly staff. They were in no hurry. I went there to try on Hoka, but I liked New Balance better.
This store is amazing! Not only does this Fleet Feet have the best selection of shoes, they make sure you get into the right pair. The employees are very welcoming and professional. I’ve bought several pairs of shoes here and have never been disappointed with their recommendations.
Always have a nice time at Fleet Feet. The selection of shoes, gear, and running nutrition is varied and reasonable without being overwhelming, the prices are fair especially with their reward program, and the location right in Bell Tower very convenient. Most importantly, the owners and staff are incredibly kind, patient, and really go the extra mile for you. My 10-year-old son required a good pair of shoes following a diagnosis of Sever's disease, so I thought this would be an excellent place to find him quality footwear. The first pair we bought, which came with separate insoles, was a size 6.5 in women's, and they trimmed the insoles to fit. However, after just two days, my son was in tears, saying they hurt him badly.
