Fantastic branch. David the store manager was extremely mindful of every customer walking in and provided top notch customer awevice. Pro: - feet scanner - variety of inventory with large range of sizes - clean - affordable to online prices - many store representatives to assist Con: - got busy Overall was extremely happy with the level of knowledge and proficiency by all staff.
I was recommended by my friend to visit this store because they specialize in feet service. I thought it was insane, however, after visiting the store, I can honestly say I’ve never had a shoe shopping experience like this in my life! I am a walker/runner & my feet have been in brutal pain after almost every workout. The customer service is beyond what I’ve ever experienced from any store. Instantly greeted, and the sales rep helped me get my foot scanned and was extremely knowledgeable about the results of the scan and what shoes to pick. He even unlaced and helped me put on all 3 shoes I tried on and even let me wear a pair of athletic socks with them. Best shoe store I’ve ever been to by far
