I came into the store looking to get fit for a pair of shoes after an extended break from the sport. I was greeted/helped immediately after walking in and was in the process of having my gait analyzed minutes later. Each data point of the analysis was thoroughly explained and I felt that feedback I shared with previous shoes/experiences was taken into account when presenting me with a few options to pick from. The consultant, Bethany, was very helpful and helped me find the shoes I needed for teaching all day and standing on my feet. She listened to me about my struggles and made sure I found the shoes and inserts I needed to have happy feet.
10 at 100%! Not only did Ray look for a specific hydration bladder style, he continued the search for it after I left the store, reserved it at another location then called me to tell me it was available. Talk about going above and beyond!
Shopping at Fleet Feet Des Peres (or any Fleet Feet) is an amazing experience. The hospitality you feel from the moment you walk in…constantly being called by your name, the store manager offering water and tension balls, 1-on-1 attention by customer service employees who are incredibly knowledgeable. There is absolutely no other place to buy shoes. It’s a fantastic experience and you leave with the best shoes of your life that are selected perfectly for your foot and gait.
