I do A LOT of walking at my job. The staff was excellent and after examining my feet and describing the issues i was having, i was given a pair of shoes to try and i immediately noticed a difference in my walk. I will never buy shoes from any place else. Thank you Fleet Feet!
I loved my experience here!! At the Lexington location they do the full measurement process, for free, without you needing to promise you’ll buy shoes at that moment. The phone employee said it’s the Fleet feet policy that you don’t have to buy in order to be measured. Kenny and Phil were phenomenally helpful! I got to discuss my digital foot scan, was measured with the basic metal measurer, had my feet/ arches evaluated for insoles/ shoes to try, and they watched my walk. The awesome salesperson was very sweet & caring 2 my special kiddo. Felt like we got the perfect shoes!
Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Picked out some great walking shoes that were suited for my feet.
I went in for a fitting and Brian promptly helped me. He was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions. He had me try on several pairs of shoes and helped me find the perfect fit. I was very pleased with his expertise and how personable he was. Couldn't recommend this location enough!
