I had excellent customer service looking for running shoes at Fleet Feet. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and upon answering a few questions quickly sat down with an associate to try on some shoes. The associate, Cara, provided me with several brands/styles of shoes based upon my responses. She was very knowledgeable on the different styles and fits of each shoe. In and out in 30 minutes.
