I walked in and immediately received a welcome. They acknowledged me even though they were with people at the time. I waited for 5-10 minutes while I walked around the store at which time I was helped. (You could make an appointment before you come in as well)The young lady helped me scan my feet and then went through my scan to help find me inserts for my current running shoes. This was amazing! 10/10 would recommend this place if you are a runner enthusiast. Or if you just want to find comfortable shoes.

Fleet Feet is a great place to buy running / walking sneakers. I especially like the FIT ID Foot Scanning Technology.
I don't remember the young girl's name but she was great! She welcomed me, she explained the "scan" machine, explained the results, and then she found 4 pairs of shoes for me to try on. I loved 2 of the 4 so she talked me through some things to consider before making my decision. I loved the selection, the location of the store, and I will come back (this was my 3rd purchase there in the past 3 years).
