Waited for 10 minutes neither of the workers acknowledged us. Unexpectedly rude service we haven’t experienced at any of the other location
Poor customer service. Only one person working in the store at 5:00pm on a Wednesday. My husband and I waited for atleast 10 minutes and the salesperson never said “Hi” or “I’ll be with you as soon as I can”. We just left and drove to the Blue Ash Fleet Feet where they had several salespeople, and we were able to get the shoes we needed quickly.
Kathleen is GREAT to work with, passionate and so knowledgeable. Wish I would have gone to Fleet Feet years ago, great experience.
Great experience, the staff help me find my perfect shoes.
