Great location, staff has always been nothing but nice .. giving 4 stars because I’ve had rewards expire in the past and when mentioned literally no questions asked, they can see i had it, i spend money there and really get all my shoes there (husband as well if they have his size available), but today i was told sorry cannot apply and they track that stuff — what gives? I made an appointment and discovered I've been wearing the wrong size shoe most of my adult life. They helped me find a great pair of shoes (in the correct size) and the relief was almost immediate. This place knows customer service, and the staff is beyond knowledgeable.
