Great location, staff has always been nothing but nice .. giving 4 stars because I’ve had rewards expire in the past and when mentioned literally no questions asked, they can see i had it, i spend money there and really get all my shoes there (husband as well if they have his size available), but today i was told sorry cannot apply and they track that stuff — what gives? When I was having foot/leg pain at the end of the day, this place was recommended to me by a colleague. I made an appointment and discovered I've been wearing the wrong size shoe most of my adult life. They helped me find a great pair of shoes (in the correct size) and the relief was almost immediate. This place knows customer service, and the staff is beyond knowledgeable.

The technology they have to recommend me the best shoes/ soles are great! Not to mention the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I asked many questions and got everything answered honestly! Seemed they were after selling me the best shoes for ME, not the most expensive shoes they had. Will be going back to get more shoes in the future!
These people are so helpful. This was easily the best shoe buying experience of my life.
