Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a fleet feet customer of multiple US states and Tulsa / broken arrow locations were by far the worst. Downtown Tulsa had such a small inventory they sent me to broken arrow where it got WORSE. Went in today to spend $5-600 on multiple pairs of shoes…. I was not able to buy even ONE pair of shoes because apparently they do not stock any men’s size 8.5 OR 9? I even made the comment after all the “nope don’t have it, go to Scheels”…. The Broken Arrow location was clean and neat. The salesperson I had was very helpful and not at all pushy. They took the time to educate me and answer questions without making me feel rushed.
