Staff was friendly and helpful. Got me into the shoes I needed.
Stopped in for shoes, socks and insoles. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, 2 insoles and 3 pairs of socks and it was $499 plus change. Yes it's expensive but you aren't just buying a cheap pair of shoes like at Walmart or Target.
Today, August 30th, I went to Fleet Feet in BA after receiving a promotional email about 25% off clearance sale. I was not acknowledged when I walked in but that's OK. I went up to a sales girl and asked about the promotion. She said she didn't know about it and asked another sales girl who acted as if she didn't believe me, so I pulled it up on my phone.
