Very disappointed with my experience at Fleet Feet. Less than two months after purchasing my running shoes, the seam started coming apart under normal use. I went back to the store expecting some assistance, but the staff refused to replace the shoes, would not accept a return, and offered no real solution other than giving me a customer service phone number. No prices on anything! Very frustrating b/c staff acted like I was crazy for wanting to know prices.
My boyfriend and I went to buy running shoes. Rory was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, walked us through the feet analysis process and provided a variety of shoes to try that would fit each of our individual needs. I highly recommend this location with Rory as your fleet foot guide!
Went in with my sister to look at everyday and hiking shoes. Marlo helped my sister find the perfect pair of hiking shoes and guided me to a great pair to look at online. Overall 10/10 people and store!
