Had a pretty disappointing experience here. I originally came in looking for walking shoes but became interested in trying on a pair of carbon-plated running shoes. When I asked an older white gentleman who was helping me if I could try on a pair in my size, his immediate response was, “What pace do you run?” I responded with, “What do you mean?” because that’s a pretty broad question. I had the best experience at this store!! Tower was the man who helped me and he was amazing!!! He was so helpful, kind, and patient helping me find exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend this store and highly recommend asking for Tower when you do go in!

Stopped by Fleet Feet River Oaks while visiting from out of town, looking to get a new pair of running shoes. Howard was such an incredible help!! He asked what issues I was having with my current shoes, took my foot scan, and helped me realize I was wearing the entirely wrong shoe size! He was so helpful throughout the entire process, ultimately guiding me through a few options until I found the perfect new pair of running shoes. I'm actually so excited to back out on the road. I went here today looking for a pair of shoes and was helped by Chris. He was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what types of shoes work best for me. They did not have the color of the shoe I wanted, but they had great service and I would come back if they had the color I want.
