Thomas should get a thousand Stars! He was absolutely an angel from God besides being an expert! I am a Sr Citizen with major foot issues. He knew instantly how to help me and was extremely kind and patient. I now have comfortable new shoes and inserts that make me feel like I have new feet. Thomas is a shoe fitting magician and from now on I will be using him repeatedly as he knows what to fit me in to give me my mobile life back. Thank you Thomas and Fleet Feet!
I had such a great experience buying some much needed new running shoes! I came in about half an hour before the store was closing and Howard was quick to attend me and didn’t make me feel rushed throughout any of the process even though it felt close to closing. I got excellent attention regarding the analysis of my feet and a good selection of different shoes to try on. Bonus for me was that the shoes were even on sale! Amazing store , the staff are very patient , knowledgeable, understanding and most of all kind . I brought my sister who needed special care and they were able to find a shoe but also treat her in the kindest way without making it a big deal . My favorite Fleet Feet location of them all. They really support runners of all shapes and sizes and the rest of us who just want a healthy shoe for walking. Hennessy and Howard are the best!!
