I was referred to fleet feet by a customer of mine. They were everything that she said they were. Great customer service!!!
Couldn’t get assistance or an acknowledgement that service might happen. 3 customers in the store including me. The point of going to a local running store is the personalized service and staff knowledge (or a group run which I note this store does not have).
Me and my mother came in today to get some new tennis shoes and Morgan was the gentleman that helped us. He was such an amazing help and answered my million questions I had with a smile on his face the entire time! If you visit this store, ask for Morgan and he will get you into the right shoe. He was amazing and very kind to us.
I received awesome help from Will. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was so patient. Being a diabetic, I needed assistance with lacing the no ties I had bought for my Brooks shoes that I had purchased at the other location. He also helped to find a Hoka slide that would give me a break from wearing socks so much. Great staff!
