Adina assisted me as a first time fleet feet customer. She patiently walked me through the foot scanning process and have me a number of options to choose from (in my preferred color!). She was super kind and knowledgeable. I’ll def be back.
I had a wonderful experience here! I wanted to get a good pair of Hokas, and Hannah was extremely patient and knowledgeable about what shoe was the best fit for me. The customer service is amazing and there is a wide selection of shoes. Thank you Hannah for the great service!
My podiatrist recommended getting the volumental foot scan and walking shoes at Fleet Feet in Metairie. My husband and I went at two different times. We had different sales people with the exact well-trained sales approaches. "I refuse to sell you a pair of shoes in the size you are requesting." I heard other customers being told that in the store while waiting.
