It was my first time at Fleet Feet Metairie. Great customer service and great products.
Taron was an absolute blessing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, ensuring I found the perfect pair of shoes (and insoles) for my feet. Because of her, I finished my first 10K run yesterday with absolutely no pain at the end. Thank you so much for your help! I will definitely be back!
Cat was SO incredibly helpful in taking into consideration all my sensory and medical needs to recommend the best products. She was so empathetic and flexible to work with. I felt seen and understood, rather than pushed to buy the specific product they've been told to push.
First time in this store, impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the associates. Extremely patient with me to find the proper fit and of course, the right shoe for my issues. I also liked the scanning process, showing the feet and the alignment or lack of to begin the process in showing me various brands.
Kat was amazing! From the moment I walked in she was attentive and knowledgeable! She knows her stuff! Go there and get the foot scan and get fitted, you will not regret your decision! I could not be happier!
