Spoke to Aaron about running routes to be posted prior to the event instead of the second before the run. I was told "its pretty common to post the route the day of the event". Very ableist and I am not coming to Fleet Feet ever again I dont feel welcome if thats how they treat disabled customers. Races post the route months in advance. Multiple running club have routes posted to reference.

I have foot pronation my ankle hurt so bad. The peop here are the most nicest helpful sales associates I’ve ever encountered I had to return several pairs until I found the pair that worked. Never did they make me feel as though I was a nuisance. I for one was embarrassed and they told me it’s fine they just wanted me to be pain free and happy with my purchase. I cannot say enough great things about this store. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise and patience

Jake T was extremely patient. We went in with intentions to only try on the shoe and buy them online but we ended up buying them in store since the staff was awesome and friendly!
