Running a spartan race in two months and needed to get new running shoes. Jake provided excellent service. Every shoe he brought out was perfect. I ended up choosing the salmons for the style and grip. It was so much better than trying to figure out myself or shopping at katy mills. Been running for a couple weeks now and the shoes are great.
I just called to see an update on my shoes and whomever answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and when I asked for her name or asked for a manager she was talking over me rushing me off the phone and then hung up when I asked for hung her name again. Very very UNPROFESSIONAL! Very disappointed in the customer service that was given just now. The time was 11:36 when I called .
