The team took the time to explain all my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I got the best deal for my needs. Communication was excellent, and I always felt well taken care of.
My experience with Fleet Evolution was really positive. Good communication with periodic updates about the status of my car, with all emails received being pleasant, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my car not being delivered on the date it should have been, however this was caused by the dealer supplying the vehicle, not Fleet Evolution. Process has been smooth from order to delivery. I added the supply and install of an 'EV Home Charger' to my package and the costs were significantly lower compared to organising the installation myself. Only one charger to chose from (HyperVolt), however, it was a premium product and suits all different households i.e. if they have solar, batteries etc. and it happened to be the one I was looking at before I enquired the charger. My experience with Fleet Evolution has been mostly positive. The ordering process for my salary sacrifice EV was simple, the package (insurance, servicing, tyres, breakdown cover) offers good value, and their customer service team were quick to respond to questions. Delivery went smoothly, and the scheme does make switching to electric affordable.
