One of my tenants had their washing machine go out and we made the decision to replace the model. I called Flecks and they were able to take care of me on the same day, to include delivery, installation and hauling away of the old appliance. Experience was a 10/10 and their floor and sales team made the entire process seamless and painless.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went here because we wanted to shop local. Sadly the $1300 washing machine we brought home had the display go out. It has been 2 months since we were last able to use it. They were supposed to bring us a loaner last month while we wait for the back order part but now they don’t have 1. When I called the man I spoke to didn’t offer any resolution other than me calling Maytag to complain. Funny thing the part is available to purchase online they just prefer to make their customers wait.... read more
