The complex is small but has had three management companies in the two years that I’ve lived here. The first two were good, even better than good. The current manager is not honest and is unresponsive to residents. The apartments are very small (450 sq ft for a 1-br). There is zero storage: I have one closet for a one br. Zero storage for residents onsite. The fire department has ordered that the windows be opened, management has been slow about getting that done, so many of the apartment windows can’t be opened. Wonderful area, spacious apartments for 62+ Quiet community. Not big at all, easy to navigate in wide hallways. Quality high end finishes with historic features as well!! Rent here you'll be pleased.
