I love how engaged the residents are in this community!! It’s refreshing and very positive. The staff is kind and caring. I noticed especially how attentive the nursing staff is. I wish I could give 10 stars!
When i scroll through the posts on Facebook, the residents look happy and engaging with the staff, for those who have loved ones at the facility it should make your heart smile.
I had a great experience with Flatonia Healthcare Center. The staff is kind, caring, and always willing to help. They truly treat the residents with compassion and respect. The residents are amazing, and it’s clear that the team works hard to create a warm, welcoming environment. I appreciate everything they do to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!
This place has gotten better. The aides we have here now are not disrespectful or rude. The aides and the nurses are caring and nice. I would say it's a good place to send your love ones here to live.
