Always out of money,,what is a pawn shop for,,if no money sell your business so Hays can have a business that operates correctly,,you are not a store just to buy stuff,,pawn shop hint the name pawn means exactly that to trade for cash,,you guys are failing our community of a proper pawn shop,,,please just sell and get people that actually allow you to PAWN stuff,,,sucks this is all Hays has and you guys fail
Zero stars. Will not be returning to this establishment. Purchased an electronic device from them and when I got tit home charged everything it was malfunctioning. Reached out to the store for a solution to make it right and was met with seems like a you problem, I expressed that was not very professional. And I specifically said I don't want to have to leave a review on Google. The manager got so angry yelled and me are you threatening me now you can go through our attorney.
