Stopped in to use the showers. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
Who does this YMCA even serve? It’s group classes only (so if you’re looking for a place to lift weights or do cardio before or after work, look elsewhere). Even worse, class offerings are sparse and inconvenient for many who work full time. As a result, this place often seems empty nowadays. It’s a shame that such a nice, big gym goes mostly unused because of the strange decision to operate on a group-classes-only model. At the very least, I’d ask the managers to run more classes.
