Literally the best experience. Needed a tow today after blowing out my spare tire on the Suncoast. Called and they clearly communicated arrival time. So my original plan was to go to a tire shop a bit further north but the driver had a much better idea and he saved me money on his quoted price. Great professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to make my experience really great. Highly recommend this company for any and all towing needs.

I called Flat Rate Towing at 12:15pm on Tuesday to have my car towed. Ray said I can be there in 1 hour and he arrived at 1:13. The owner is very friendly. He towed my car to the garage while I followed and he was very careful not to lose me. He was very careful with my vehicle and I highly recommend this company. 5 stars for me.

Abdi moved some vehicles and equipment for me in the past, and when I recently had to move a shipping container, he was the first person I thought to call!
