Flatrate Cabs car #100 is an abysmal driver. Blew through a yield and made multiple people slam on their brakes, the cab driver looked like he had no clue what was going on and then started laughing. If this reflects on the company I would avoid using them at all.
Called them last-minute for a ride to downtown Edmonton, and they showed up right on time. Super friendly driver, and I loved that I didn’t have to worry about a meter running up the fare. Just a flat rate and go. Definitely using them again when I need a ride!

May 27th 2025 as I was leaving the strathcona county hospital i witnessed a cab driver yelling and swearing at the woman in the backseat. He charged her an extra $10 because she had a wheelchair. This poor woman is an amputee and on oxygen. It was disgraceful of the driver to do this, I went back and helped the woman into the hospital and explained what happened to the clerk.
