Flatrate Cabs car #100 is an abysmal driver. Blew through a yield and made multiple people slam on their brakes, the cab driver looked like he had no clue what was going on and then started laughing. If this reflects on the company I would avoid using them at all.
Called them last-minute for a ride to downtown Edmonton, and they showed up right on time. Super friendly driver, and I loved that I didn’t have to worry about a meter running up the fare. Just a flat rate and go. Definitely using them again when I need a ride!
Top-notch experience! The driver was friendly, knew the best routes, and made me feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a dependable ride.
great service .affordable price .
