I will say that yes, they did get our loan refinanced. And I know that was work, so I appreciate that. But, I found this company to be very hands-off. At the end of this whole ordeal, I can see that I sent a total of 10 questions to the people handling this that were completely ignored. On more than one occasion, the person handling my acct. said they'd get back with me the next day or end of day but then never did.
