Absolute worst customer service paid for one-three day shipping and I’m still waiting for my products on day 14 business days now. Emailed customer service twice with them to tell me orders on the way and a tracking number. No help at all. I’m at the point I don’t even think I’m going to get my product or a refund stay away from this company. Worst part is there are in the same building as USPS and still shipping sucks
Website very easy to use, ordering process was a breeze, and delivery time was exceptional! We received the pendant and it looks AMAZING! Ran into a small issue with my terrible judgment of sizing, reached out to the company and Kristie reached out to me in less than an hour! She was extremely understanding, kind, and very helpful to guide me to the right size. Definitely will order form here again!
