Hired 2 bikes with no booking. The 2 young lads working were friendly and helpful. Bikes were in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Walked into the Flash E‑Bikes workshop needing a quick seat height adjustment on a carbon fibre frame. The two gentlemen there helped me on the spot. Using a torque‑adjustable wrench, they made sure the height and clamp force were dialled in correctly after a couple of small adjustments, and they wouldn’t take payment for their time. Micheal is very rude called him for a little advice after having our e bikes not to see if he could give me a quick 2 min phone call to see if he could help me diagnose if it would be a easy fix at home as they are 5 weeks booking in advance and he was very rude very bad customer service they all nice to take your money when you buy from them but can’t even give you the time off day for 2 min phone call very upset kids definitely think twice before buying off Micheal and he’s shop obviously just in it for the money not to he... read more
