I would highly recommend Flash E-Bikes newcastle. I called them one day looking to buy a dirodi and they had it ready to go for me to pick up the very next day, plus they helped me load it safely into my car and lent me straps to keep it secured. The whole process was extremely efficient, with all staff going above and beyond.
