I went to buy gifts for my mother and fiance and was met with strange looks. Everywhere I went they were following me and keeping an eye on me, acting like I was some kind of criminal (assuming because I am a big guy with tattoos.) not once did they ask if I needed help or anything just made it very obvious they were watching me. Once I got to the counter it was like pulling teeth to get them to talk to me, and as I was looking at the various nick nacks they have at checkout. Flannel and Barrel, I am one of the "bridal party friends " to which you address in a review from one of the bridesmaids from my daughter's wedding. I am appalled and exhausted at your comments to several reviews of your establishment. However, I did see several missed opportunities. I will offer some suggestions. Suggestion #1- Accountability.
