I had to make my 2 year old an OT appointment here. Please do not take your children here. Find somewhere better. The front desk staff was so rude, talking to each other and wouldn't even acknowledge my presence when I got there. Also very rude to the elderly patient behind me in line. I finally got into my daughter's OT appointment and it was seemingly going well. I was thinking maybe the front desk was having issues/bad day and I would work through it. The person I spoke to was so rude, unhelpful and short with me I didn’t even make an appointment. If this is how front desk treats their potential patients they don’t deserve the referrals l I have contacted CIGNA voicing my complaints
My son went their for OT and speech. Many sessions with no clear plan and they do not know how to communicate with my kid or i. Would not recommend for kids at least
Excellent.
Have been here twice for early morning walk-in blood work. Receptionists are professional & courteous. The phlebotomy technicians are equally professional & polite.
