Most people incorrectly think that the law is justice, but it is not. It takes a creative lawyer to make justice the outcome. I worked with Ted Finn who was just this. He is an out-of-the-box thinker who guided me to the outcome that was meant to be. It is not easy to find such a lawyer. I highly recommend Ted Finn for legal resolutions.
My mother used this law firm over 40 years ago to do her will. She was diagnosed with dementia and discussed her living wishes with her POA and Beth Montague. Since then the POA has over powered my mother's decision making taking complete controll over her. She holding my mom in an assisted living facility against her will.
