Worst customer support ever. I was a long time customer and had multiple loans over the years. I had an issue with my deposits taking 4 or more days to process and my loan payment overdrafting. I tried for 3 months and they would not resolve the issues. So I went in again and dealing with a teller that said let me call my manager, who was on the other side of the glass behind me, so I was standing between them while they talk about it but they wouldn't listen to me. Flanagan State Bank is the best bank in Bloomington/Normal! Over the last few years, I have had several various accounts with this bank as well as several mortgage loans, and I have always been pleased with the service and quality I received. The staff is friendly from the second you walk in the door. Their employees really care about their customers and always go above and beyond.
I had a home loan with them for a while. I felt like they were always friendly and polite.
