Very dissatisfied with his service. I haven't paid the IRS in years, always receiving a return. After going to Harry, I owed $2700. I asked him not to submit the return (I planned to have someone else review them). Turns out, he failed to submit all my donations/Contributions and used a different form instead of the itemized deduction form my prior tax preparer used for years.
