Absolutely phenomenal service from Flaming Mo's, who implemented a gas hot water installation solution that no other installer in the whole of Melbourne was able to achieve! It was the exceptional expertise from owners Mike & Tony and their team - and the owners' willingness to take on a difficult challenge - that allowed the team to restore hot water to our house after the old gas hot water heater died. Professional, friendly, great outcome in a somewhat challenging circumstance.
Mike promptly replied to my online webform enquiry in which I requested a quotation for a space heater. Mike provided me with an extremely detail quotation that outlined what was included as part of the installation package as well as its total expense. Mike also explained that it was possible that my installation may require further works and provided a quotation for these works too. This was extremely honest and upfront. Fantastic, both Tony and Mike are very professional and efficient, seriously this is a one stop shop, they did my fire place, hot water and other work, including servicing appliances. All work done to perfection from enquiry to finish. I could not be happier, as for the review below regarding price difference, with all trade services quotes do have an expiry date, i.e a customer cannot expect a quote to be valid for an definite time.
