I had a great first appointment at Flagstone Physio. I so much enjoyed chatting with the friendly receptionist, Ella, during my short wait. The physio asked questions and listened attentively to my answers. I was given an exercise programme that is not aggravating my hernias, and other exercises for my carpel tunnel numbness. An impressive first visit!
