I gave the correction on property taxes to be paid over five months ago. No response only received a letter two months indicating a higher mortgage. Contacted them again regarding the amount incorrect, again given a bunch incorrect conversation. August is here. I contacted the county about such amounts paid according to Flagstar. Flagstaff staff keep giving me different conversations. Waiting for a receipt record of payment of taxes paid to the county, correction on mortgage payment. This is not fair to a consumer.
Absolutely trash company. I hope they sell my loan soon. Unfortunately I didn’t choose them but am stuck for now
Flagstar is unable to process insurance claim checks appropriately and provide a payoff letter in a timely fashion. When calling customer service no answers or solutions are provided. They have delayed the closing on my new home by about 2 weeks costing me thousands of dollars. I will NEVER do business with them again! They couldn't even do a simple refinance for me but charged me $500. Total rip off!
Terrible experience with the company. There are constantly mistakes being made on their part in regards to our simple mortgage payments. Have had problems with them not paying our taxes on time as well.
