I find it comforting in this world of technology that I can walk in to my local bank and actually talk to a person. The personal touch I get from the team members is exceptional.
This has been the worst mortgage servicer that I was forced to be involved with. Every single experience with the bank was awful. This last experience was my home owners insurance wasn’t paid for 4 months. Then they sold my loan to another bank. After 4 months of transferring my insurance agencies and updating flagstar even with an email telling them I was being threatened to have my insurance cancelled they STILL DID NOT PAY IT. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING, FULL OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE
Awful bank to deal with they lied fraud and stealing the money they don't communicate and applied payments late .am so happy they struggling and that 1900 employees will be layoffs of course the corrupted justice never help the customers but the banking industry. Hope something worse happens to them
