This location is literally 3 minutes away from work, but I can’t go there! Every time I go there’s an issue with the assistant manager. My most recent visit was her telling me i needed to do a new signature card for a withdrawal. I’m in the bank often showing proof of identity EVERYTIME, she knows it’s my account! I had the same business accounts for 20 years. I refused and went to see Martin on west Main and he told me that there were at least 4 most recent signatures that he could see that MATCHED. Linda and the whole staff were so professional. They did everything that they could to help. From start to finish the whole team worked to solve my banking needs.
Absolutely disappointed with the service and treatment from these people. I've had two major annoyances that Ill list below. First, I've gone through legitimately 6 cards in roughly 4-5 years. Why? Because Flagstar security is horrible. Majority of eveyr card Ive had stolen I was just told its my fault and I should use one of their credit cards for shopping.
