I have banked here for over 5 years. The turnover is unbelievable and unfortunately they lost some efficient and caring individuals due to the past Manager. She was rude and her customer service skills were absent! Looking forward to the new team.
Branch use to be quick and pleasant to go to now it’s all drama and slow. Seems to have no support from management so the simple questions turn into big ordeals. If you’re trying to get in and out don’t go here. But if you’re looking for banking and a show this will be your place. Also the manager will talk to you like your stupid if you ask her questions.
Meagan was fantastic. Had a problem getting online banking set up. She. Did all the calling around to get it straightened out. Not much help from the "help" people. Still waiting for a solution
