If you bank with flagstar, you should make the trip and come to this branch! The ladies in this branch were able to take care of an issue that I've been having for 2 weeks dealing with four different branches and they were able to take care of this issue within 5 minutes! The ladies in this branch are a blessing!

The best bank I have ever dealt with and I have been banking with a few different ones. They have the nicest and sweetest ladies that work at this location. They go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommended
The incompetence of the employees at this branch is quite astounding, especially considering that they work in the finance. The banker did not know anything about the products- not the compound period, not the interest rate, and when she was told what the interest rate was, she grossly miscalculated the interest. The manager put on a hard sell for products I did not want, and was misinformed about the products I did want. No way this branch lasts long term.
