We previously had a mortgage with Flagstar. They bought our mortgage from the original bank that made the loan. We have since sold the house. Afterward, there was a refund due. They recently sent a letter about the check for this refund that we never received and that it will go to to the state as unclaimed if we don't respond. Very happy with Flagstar, best bank I've ever used. Had a card problem today (my fault) messed up my budget went in for fix. The banker lady went out of her way to help me, They actually care about there customers, and that don't come from paychecks, that's just good people! Thank you Flagstar And sorry about being grumpy! Very irresponsible establishment. I’ve been receiving someone else’s bank statements & account info for almost a year now. Every since time, I return to sender and ask them to stop sending them to me. But I continue to get the SAME returned mail as well as NEW mail for this person. Please stop sending your clients’ information to the wrong addresses/people & PLEASE stop sending my Amy’s account info!
