Brian, Hannah and the team went above & beyond for me when I relocated here.
Only 1 star because (-) isn't an option. They don't follow the law. We have a home loan that requires taxes to be escrowed. They want me to redo all the paperwork and send all the documents in again, as if I'm starting from scratch with them. I shouldn't have to do the work because they messed up. Terrible customer service.

Not a big fan of the change. I have so much trouble using the app. It seems like it is down more than it is operating.
Flagstar Bank is a joke. Their mobile app doesn't include home loans. What kind of reputable bank doesn't facilitate management of loans in an app?? Surprised I don't have to fax the monthly payment.
