I have had the worst experience with Flagstar. These last few weeks have been unnecessarily stressful due to the CONTINUOUS hold, restrictions and online banking issues. Three times I've been at the point of sale in my purchase and my card didn't work (money was available), it got to the point where I had to leave the restaurant to go to the bank to get cash to pay for my food. I love my bank! They were so helpful in getting my account setup. If you get direct deposit you can get up to $1,000 overdraft protection which you can take out as a loan for just $36 for 30 days! This is so helpful for unexpected emergencies.
