I’ve been with Flagstar bank since I was 17.im 23 now and I would never recommend this bank to any one.Their customer service is terrible.Doesn't matter the location.
Their ATM is older and cannot handle the newer debt cards. Been like that for over a year. Need to cash a large cashers check from another reputable bank? Got to wait a week and a half And hot off the press, someone in my household got a mysterious $5 fee. Turns out new policy, If no direct deposits there is a $10/mn fee and if you have e-statments the fee is $5/mn.
I can’t believe they put people at work at a bank that don’t know how to do their job. Two tellers did not know how to do a home equity loan payment They were pulling out cheat sheets to try to figure it out.. I just walked out. That’s ridiculous.
