They recommend an appointment so I called to try and set up an appointment, they hung up on me not once but TWICE. You can't take my calls, you don't need my business. Ridiculous.
This branch has by far the worst employees I've encountered than in any other Flagstar. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They all seem to be managers with only one "worker." I have seen only one or two or no customers in the branch every time I have been there. The "managers" have a hostile manner. A Caucasian assistant managers was unbelievably rude to me. She started a heated argument. You could not pay me to go to that branch ever again. The top manager sets the tone for the branch. She is not in the least bit outgo... read more
