I can’t believe they put people at work at a bank that don’t know how to do their job. Two tellers did not know how to do a home equity loan payment They were pulling out cheat sheets to try to figure it out.. I just walked out. That’s ridiculous.
Fast friendly service
I went in there to ask about a car loan. I am on ssdi. The bank office manager told me to get a job. She said her husband is full disability he work. I never in my life had a bank manager tell me to get a job to get a car loan. She never even put my information in. I have over 780 credit score never mess a payment. I am so disgusting with her. I felt so disrespected. It is again the law to tell a disabled person to get a job. I told her why i can not work and what my doctor said. She had the nerves to say i can not hire you.... read more
They recommend an appointment so I called to try and set up an appointment, they hung up on me not once but TWICE. You can't take my calls, you don't need my business. Ridiculous.
This branch has by far the worst employees I've encountered than in any other Flagstar. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They all seem to be managers with only one "worker." I have seen only one or two or no customers in the branch every time I have been there. The "managers" have a hostile manner. A Caucasian assistant managers was unbelievably rude to me.
