This branch has by far the worst employees I've encountered than in any other Flagstar. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They all seem to be managers with only one "worker." I have seen only one or two or no customers in the branch every time I have been there. The "managers" have a hostile manner. A Caucasian assistant managers was unbelievably rude to me. I applied for a loan I have 3 times the amount in my accounts n a credit score of 770 I offered to allow them to put a lein on my car title they didn't want to do that my loan was denied flagstar bank treated me like a number instead of a customer they do not deserve to hold onto my money I'm currently looking for a different financial institution
