Went into the Coldwater branch for a wire transfer of money from my Flagstar account to another bank. The teller said she couldn't do that, so sent me to a manager. The manager said that she had not done a wire transfer "in a while" but could "figure it out". She started typing on her computer, and then called over another manager to help out.
